2.464 Entries sorgten beim € 174 + 25 Main Event der German Poker Days im King’s Resort Rozvadov für einen Preispool von € 407.299, den Sieg holte Dennis Schiller.
Zunächst ging es gestern, den 19. Februar, noch in den Turbo Flight. Die € 300.000 Preisgeldgarantie (inkl. 4 x € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Tickets) war schon mit den regulären Flights geknackt worden, weitere 302 Teilnehmer und 37 Re-Entries im Turbo Heat schraubten die Gesamtzahl dann auf 2.464 (1.976/488). Nach Abzug der 5 % Fee lagen somit € 407.299 im Pot, die Top 244 Plätze sollten mindestens € 400 erhalten.
Am Nachmittag ging es dann mit 40 Minuten Levels ins Finale und es sollte eine sehr lange Pokernacht werden. Die Top 4 erhielten zum Preisgeld das € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Ticket, auf den Sieger warteten insgesamt € 63.600. Bei den letzten fünf Spielern hieß es „Polen gegen Deutschland“, Michael Boguth musste sich dann mit Rang 5 für € 14.300 verabschieden. Felix Grossmann folgte, er kassierte € 18.000 und das Ticket.
Dennis Schiller konnte sich gegen die beiden Polen Kacper Kuzior und Piotr Sztenkiel behaupten und schließlich über den Sieg jubeln, der ihm € 63.600 und das WSOPE Main Event Ticket bescherte.
Gestartet wurden gestern auch die € 220+ 30 German Poker Masters (€ 500.000 GTD inkl. 6 x € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Tickets). Heute folgt der nächste Flight, gespielt wird mit 50.000 Chips und 30 Minuten Levels bis zum Erreichen der Geldränge (10 % der Entries/€ 500 Min-Cash).
